Section 48 Inspection of Denominational Religious Education

On the 2nd and 3rd of December the school will be visited by an inspector looking at the religious life of the school and religious education. Please complete the attached for as soon as possible and return to the school, in a sealed envelope labelled ‘Section 48 Inspector’.

St Joseph's Parish Hall. Doors open 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start with clothes from many high street retailers including Wallis, River Island, Topshop and Jane Norman. Plus footwear, jewellery, handbags & makeup.

Tickets £2.50, on sale from PTFA members in the playground, or put your ticket requests & payment in an envelope addressed to the PTFA & hand in to the office. Please make cheques payable to St. Joseph's PTFA.

Secondary Transfer 2009.

This is a reminder from St Bernadette’s Secondary School that if you have applied for a place for your son/daughter for September 2009, the deadline for a copy of Baptism/Holy Communion Certificate is Monday 1st December 2008

Children in Need

£121.17 was raised for non-uniform day for Children in Need. Well done everybody

Parish Raffle Tickets

Please can all tickets be returned to the school office as soon as possible.

Team Points

Well done to St. John’s Team for winning the team points competition last term. As a reward they will have a special non-uniform day next Friday.

Class Masses

Continuing next week, a small number of classes will each week join the parish for Tuesday morning mass at 9.15am. Next week Y5/6P and Y2F will join Parish for Mass will attend Mass. All parents and friends are welcome to join us.
