Ofsted Report

Your child will be bringing home on Monday, a report from Ofsted after their recent visit to our school. As stated in the covering letter, I would encourage you all to read the full report.

St Joseph's Parish Hall. Doors open 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start with clothes from many high street retailers including Wallis, River Island, Topshop and Jane Norman.
Plus footwear, jewellery, handbags & makeup.

Tickets £2.50, on sale from PTFA members in the playground, or put your ticket requests & payment in an envelope addressed to the PTFA & hand in to the office. Please make cheques payable to St. Joseph's PTFA.

Individual Photos

The photographer will be coming to school this coming Monday - 10th November, to take individual photographs. If you wish younger brothers or sisters to be in the photographs, please come to the school reception at 9am.

After School Clubs

Multi Skills starts on Tuesday 11th November. Cooking for Year 3/4 and Fencing for Year 5/6 will begin on Thursday 13th November.

Judaism Week

In Religious Education lessons next week, the children will spend this week exploring Judaism. At home you could encourage your children to talk to you about what they have been learning about Judaism.

Class Masses

Beginning next week, a small number of classes will each week join the parish for Tuesday morning mass at 9.15am. Next week year all three 3/4 classes will attend Mass. All parents and friends are welcome to join us.

Celebration of Achievements

There will be a celebration assembly next Monday afternoon at 3.00pm. The following children will receive awards:-

Dean Turner, George McIntyre, Alfie Ferris, Nula Wallace and Nathan Long,

Westonbirt

The school trip to Westonbirt has had to be cancelled as we have only received 66% contributions. All money will be refunded next week.
