Dear Parent/Carer,

‘Wear your Wellies Day’

Tomorrow is ,‘Wear your Wellies to School’ day. For £1.00 you can wear your wellies and your own clothes and help raise funds for Children’s Hospice South West. To find out more about Children’s Hospice South West, please visit our website at http://www.chsw.org.uk/.

St Joseph's School Summer Festival

On June 13th, the school and the PFTA are organising a SUMMER FESTIVAL. There will be loads of things to do, with stalls, games, entertainment, food and displays from some of the children. It promises to be a fantastic day.

We will also be selling programmes on the day with a full itinerary and free entry to the raffle. We hope to sell 8 small adverts on the back of the programme and feel that any parents or carers who run their own businesses and would like to take advertising space should have a chance to d o so before we approach local businesses. If you are interested, please contact Andrea via the PTFA pigeonhole, or at
info@andrea-butcher.co.uk for further information and rates.

Nice Semi Marathon

Mr Terry (who is a volunteer from HSBC bank, who works with Key Stage 2), completed his 13 miles in under two hours, (1hr 57minutes to be precise).
The money raised from sponsorship will go to ‘For-Ethopia Charity’, and HSBC have said they will match what ever money we raise.
