Dear Parent/Carer,

A reminder that the school is closed this Monday for an INSET day (reading focus)

School Governors

Congratulations to school governors Shelagh Williams and Ann Stoker, who were awarded ‘Civic Recognition’ at a recent ceremony to mark their long service as governors in Catholic Schools, especially at St. Joseph’s.

School Premises

I would like to remind all parents that dogs are not allowed on school premises.

Christmas Lunch
Our school Christmas lunch will be on Thursday 13th December. The kitchen will need to know how many to cater for and whether any children want the vegetarians option. Could you please let the office know by Friday 30th November.

A Special Mass for Mac Jeffery, ex Head Teacher of St Joseph’s

There will be a special mass for Mac Jeffery on Sunday 25th November, at 10.00am in the parish church. Mac sadly passed away this August and will be missed by many in the school and parish community.

Attendance

Well done to Mrs Joseph’s and Mrs Rollings’ classes who had 96% attendance last week.

Celebration Assembly

There will be no celebration assembly next week, but it will resume the following week.
